From the ancient Greek idea of different temperaments relating to the ‘four humours’ (bodily fluids which gave us the words ‘sanguine’, ‘melancholic’, and ‘phlegmatic’) to Freudian developmental stages, enneagrams, star signs, Myers-Briggs indicators, and hundreds of other models, personality profiling has always been popular.
In this video I'll discuss the 'Big Five personality trait’ theory (or Five Factor Model of personality [FFM]), which is popular within the field of psychology, and strategies to deal with the different personality types you will find in different clients.

I love this, so helpful! I'm currently doing your ' how to lift depression fast' course and it's fantastic. Although I'm a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and have a busy practice I find I'm learning so much from this course, and it's very enjoyable 😉 Love the beard btw, it really suits you.

Being disagreeable is useful. Sometimes, the group is heading into a wall and being disagreeable helps in seeing the error and pointing it out. Therapists don't seem to like me much though. Everything has to be a negotiation with me; you can't make me do anything unless I agree. Most therapists don't have that patience.

I may be conscientious but whether I'd take your exercises on board would depend how high up I ranked them on my to do list . I like what you said about empowerment !
