Old video but hopefully this will help someone. The tutorial was good but please if you care about yourself do not use cheap harnesses like the one in the video. You can see the poor quality of the metal just through the video. In an accident these are supposed to save your life, I guarantee in any serious crash or roll over those belts will fail. You can get a quality harness for $100-200 yes its much more expensive than the $15 ebay ones, but take a look around anyone who races for real and see if you will see a single ebay harness in any car. That should tell you something.

Original Takata harnesses are by no means cheap and cost around 200-300€. They all have a test certificate and are used in rallysport around the world.
