If I find out that a project will be non-economically profitable where I can look for the project's social benefits ?

can u give me some background on the project? Most projects either generate a profit or result in cost savings due to improved efficiency. If you can't find either one, ask yourself why the organization invested in the project and why is it important to them. If it is a social benefit specifically, what advantage does it give the organization? and how much is that worth to them? What would they normally have to pay to have that social benefit. If you provide some background, I can probably help.

Typically, its someone in the role of a business analyst. It could also be the business owner or manager if they know how. A very large initiative may require a consultant to do it for them. This happens to be one of my specialties :)
