Great stuff. Love that you use raw video to capture everything. The people are already doing what they are doing on a daily basis. Having them just do what they are used to doing and having an extractor there to ask questions makes for a real powerful SOP. Great tips and super powerful for scaling.

Appreciate the shout out and kind words... most definitely businesses tend to over complicate the systemisation process and more often than not, it's easier than you think when you introduce a couple of team members into the process of documentation.

How To Write A Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)? I watched for over 5 minutes and didn't learn a thing about how to write an SOP. 😐

@@systemHUB I appreciate your reply. The video didn't feel "a bit complex", it felt a bit misleading. If I posted a video titled "How to bake a cake" and then didn't demonstrate to my viewers how to actually bake a cake, that would be misleading don't you think? Perhaps a better title for this video would be "How to prepare to write an SOP: the systemHUB method"? 😉
