A good tip is to add the key words in the meta data of the image in processing that way if your uploading to multiple platforms its already embedded in the file . Thanks for another helpful clip

Shutterstock includes all the words in your description in their search algorithm, so you don't have to repeat them as keywords. It's a great way of adding extra words when you hit your maximum of 50 keywords.

Another thing I hear is the first 5 words of your description is the most important. Don't ramble on and get to the key description at the end, it loses searchability. Describe it best in the first 5 or 6 words... then ramble on afterwards if you so wish. :))

Great video thank you - but (it's not a big but) I think the background music should be quieter and if it was me I would get rid of it completely - when you are teaching people something like in this video the music gets in the way of your great explaining.

Wondering how it works in other countries, (France, Spain or whatever) A campaign worker goes on the stock site, and, It's translated by like Googol ? Or they have to know English ? Or a different company ? (Would not think so, but idk) Peace.

What frame rates do you film stock footage in? Seems like everyone is focusing on NTSC frame-rates, but surely there is also a huge market for us PAL folk

I probably misunderstood tips on other videos, that keywords should not be in the description or title. Am I wrong?

how can i write metadata directly to the video? is that possible? for photos i use xpiks but it doesnt work for video as the agency's dont load the keywords on videos when i write them with xpiks.

Very interesting but just because we take keywords from other images on the site does not mean that those images are actually themselves being found by their use of keywords.

Hey, Thanks for making good videos that explain stock footage well, I started last year after seeing your videos. I do have a question you might know the answer for, is there a way to batch - attach keywords? Example: You have a folder with 100 stockvideos, you upload them all, and the spreadsheet is filled in with all the information about name, keywords and everything, Is there a way to automate this process, so I don't need to go copy paste keywords to all the different sites (pond5, shutterstock, videoblocks ect.) I've been looking around the net for the information but I've not been able to find any other solution than using "Blackbox" when someone will tag for you and ultimately you lose some money. Thanks again.
