Great and simple video. I just recently started diving into Philip Glass and Steve Reich, and started working on my own minimalist pieces. This makes me want to explore a more mellow side of minimalism.

Nicely explained. Exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been tinkering with something like this but with no idea of the basic idea and structure. Simple guidelines and lovely melody. Please continue with more like this or even how to build on something like this. I have never been able to fully grasp music theory, feels like Astro physics to me! But in small chunks like this, accompanied by an example melody works very well for my brain. It’s like picture / flash card images but with melody.
