3000 words is the maximum (with 10% margin) so how can 3000 words be a minimum?

What I'm saying is that you should see 3000 words as the minimum you should be looking to write. NEBOSH themselves don't state a minimum but I can tell you from experience that submissions with low word counts rarely score well.

Hi mate ive cleared this up with NEBOSH there is no maximum word count and you wont be penalised for going over even if over 10% it must still me marked fairly 👍🏼
