This was a great video. I appreciate how you actually documented each part of your day and entire trip and explained how it qualified as a business expenses. I also appreciate you providing the GSA website for us to obtain per diem rates. You put theory into action by not just explaining everything one could deduct, but you showed us while also explaining the why. This was super helpful. If you taking a trip regardless then yes it is obviously preferred if it is a tax deduction, but do not forget "tax free" does not equate to "cost free" (ie, spend 1 dollar to save 30 cents).
