U can add one more testcase as leave the blank as username and password and click on login button.

Yes. Scenarios are very important. Start with simple things. For example, pen, water bottle, AC, Fan, Elevator. Derive positive n negative scenarios

Nice video :) My suggesstion: Actual result is not necessary. If test case is failed you will be changing the status of it. Once bug fixed, u will retest the test case and change the status to pass. Test case name is missing in this. Test description - by the name we can understand that it should be descriptive. So elobrate the test case description.

This looks a lot simpler than how I was doing it today. My job threw me into writing them which I’ve done once or twice on a previous job using a more automated system and this is the way it would look but my job has me writing it by transposing the procedure into the spreadsheet and instead of having the test steps written in one cell like step 1, 2, 3, each cell has one step with an expected result which I feel like clutters up the excel sheet and will overwhelm the testers. I have 25 lines for just one test case. We’re starting up a whole new department with people who don’t have experience in the business we’ve taken over so I think it’ll leave a lot of room for confusion cause I’m already confused trying to break down so many steps.
