You can re-write the new changed frequencies to the EEPROM again

Great explanation! Thanks a lot! What has been wrong about the initialization? I did not get this point why the reading has been "0" first for all 10 memory cells?

I missed out the [Wire.begin();] in my code.

Hi Ali, I only want to store station names in the eeprom and not the frequencies.

Of-course can, you can store the station names. You need to convert the names to the ASCII code and store it in the EEPROM, then use an index to link the station names to the frequencies.
