Oss Sensei. Is your foot parallel to the floor on kiage or higher in the toe side? Do you keep the supporting foot still or twist it while throwing your hip as in kekomi? Thanks

Care should be taken to keep the foot parallel to the ground whenever possible. With the Kekomi and Keage, the base basically (individually) rotates backwards. This allows the hip to reach its correct position.

O calcanhar precisa estar bem projetado para fora, bater sokuto com a lateral do pé perde muito a potência do golpe. O mestre que demonstra possui excelente Kime nos golpes que solta.

Your recovery is far too pronounced. Watch Naka Tatsuya do the Yoko geri, that’s how it should be performed for a Shotokan practitioner.
