I appreciate that this girl seems to be aware of how lucky she is (being "the new girl" in her first season) but doesn't come across as arrogant. She understands that the industry isn't always fair, but doesn't seem to take her good luck as an indication of "superiority" over girls who might not have ascended to the level that she has.

I used to be very into high fashion, like I literally followed all the fashion weeks but lately I've been so cut up into my personal life that I literally had no idea who Meghan Roche was. I used to follow the true supermodels and I am not into calling super model to anyone but this girl has some kind of lighting I like, she's very charismatic, spontaneous, funny yet so ordinary that I like. Usually this sort of videos show models as something unreachable and fake but she since very honest and she clearly enjoys his like. I like it.

A young girl being told to loose her muscle is saddening and her having to quit something she probably enjoyed doing. That being said she’s very professional for such a young woman I commend her but I also feel she already has too much pressure on being a brand.

Does she look like she doesnt enjoy herself now to you? She's likely infinitely more successful doing this than soccer.she has agency and is clearly well put together. I think she can get out of the game whenever she wants, but she clearly values her success and luck throughout this venture of hers.

Paddington truthfully no. I was being gentle with that comment she seems very manufactured and I think it’s unhealthy. I mean even the fact that this was aired is suspicious in that we all know the pressures women especially young ones experience in that industry. I think it’s wise to all be more present realizing when something or someone’s presentation for a camera is simply marketing and not genuine.

OneAndOnly Fiqri that wasn’t my point. That being said to a child is wrong. Don’t sign her but don’t tell her to starve herself and stop being active because that’s how one drops muscle. And everyone commenting that it’s cool is strange. You’re all just focused on the perceived success of her being a model and being featured.

I really like her- it’s easy to see how intelligent, clear-minded, and well-spoken she is. Aware of how fortunate she is to be in her position, humble without the shame or guilt that might arise in working for an industry that often glamorises itself and the people involved (which tends to hide the logistics and technicalities of being an actual employee for an image-heavy industry, which she delved into! Awesome)

Why is there people saying that she’s faking the fact that she is, em, eating. Is a daily routine video, and you do realize that eating is part of a person’s daily routine. I agree with you but i dont really believe they eat a full burger before a fashion show. I get bloated AF and they can’t have that food belly for the show. Seems kind of unrealistic in my opinion. But I’m not hating on her at all!!! Im naturally skinny with a fast metabolism so I GET being able to eat junk food and not gain weight.
