i’ve honestly been building tank/bruiser azir for the past year and i just wanna say that it works pretty well. throw in a riftmaker for even more damage and sustain and a rylais to make it even harder to get away from

2.5 million Azir main here. I been testing it out and it’s pretty good for solo queue. You can kinda just walk at people and do damage while not dying instantly. It’s a good counter to bursty teams. I think it’s for sure viable as long as you have someone else on the team that can do decent damage in conjunction with you. But if you’re team comp is a bunch of tanks and your adc gets behind you might find that you don’t have enough damage to do anything.

Just doesn’t work with his kit. He’s not really taking much dmg if you’re playing him properly so you don’t get any mana and his mana costs get cheaper every level so not really getting health either. Can’t spam his spells either. Only his w which barely costs any mana max level
