6:30 ye that's true guys. You have to do jab 1-2 quick and then try to get jab 1 as soon as possible without doing jab 3, which still combos into Uair killing around 110-115, more or less depending on weight. I have never tried the turnaround version (Rosa main here), but the no turnaround is somewhat easy to pull off once you get used to the timing, at least in training mode. Since jab 1-Utilt and jab 1-2-Utilt are true as Luma, the timing is ingrained in my muscle memory. Massive props to SOLO for managing to get it with so many reps, it is really hard since there is no buffer and the combo is just about frame perfect, at least at lower%

Sakurai said they stopped making unique break-the-targets stages for each fighter because the roster grew too big. My guess is they removed it entirely either because it's hard to make BTT stages that work well for so many fighters, or because the universal stages no longer served the original purpose of teaching players how to move with individual characters, so it wasn't worth spending the development time.

Don't feel too bad about Fox whiffing his up smash on Ridley. As somebody who mained Ridley, his up smash has some disgustingly insulting blind spots himself that happen... more often than you'd think.

As a fan of Cave Story and former Villager player, it's so perfect. Quote was like my dream fighter pick after Ridley. Somebody just needs to modify the slingshot model into a gun.

What happened in the one villager clip they didn't investigate? 12:29 he puts a Lloid inside the stage, and it looks like it immediately detonates?

Villager main here, here's the explaination. Basically, it's a mix a of multiple things going on at the same time. 1) Since the Villager put the rocket in the stage, it must explode as the game sees it the same way as if it made contact with a wall by running into it. 2) Corrin was touching the rocket so again, it must explode. 3(?)) Not so sure on this one since I didn't face that many Corrin players, but if that smash attack touched the rocket's hurtbox, it must explode. At that, I'll add that if it was touching the hurtbox, the way the rocket works was why there was that huge explosion. Hope that helps !

You can't she just copies whatever move you are doing. You can send her a variable distance by using neutral B and recall her with neutral B, but she will still just copy your moves.

Rosalina is turning so that Luma is attacking left, then Rosalina turns back around and attacks once to the right, then back around and luma attacks left again. Whatever direction Rosalina is attacking is the same direction luma will attack
