ive seen quite a few other garden / landscaping on youtube who'm seem to stretch themselves offering everything to please the customer , complain about the time, then editing uploading videos.etc etc. I think you two have nailed it !! cut grass and subcontract out...win win for everyone and the customer is happy....

G'day Laura & Doug, I just mow in the Spring & Summer. When time permits I may do garden work, bit that's mostly over the winter. Cheers. 👍💯😎🦘

Simple services, this is an interesting topic. Some lawn service co's. doing mulch jobs and other services during the Spring rush are exceeding their asset based and labor based billable hour capabilities ( equip, trucks and labor) that they are capable of in a given week/month. This causes undo stress on your weekly mow routes not to mention rain delays in the Spring. Some then must pay overtime, field complaint calls from un-mowed clients, quality slips, etc, and sometimes losing clients. Regards, BIll

Stephanie and I are that way. I might trim a shrub from time to time, but normally we are mow, edge weedeat and blow only. Anything else I give out cards of other service providers
