People have NO idea how difficult it is to be recognized an influencer or anything close to it or building a brand etc lol. It's harder work than a "real job". Blogging, being semi-successful KZfaqr, Affiliate Marketing, etc is all serious serious work that takes a lot of dedication, time, patience and consistency, and they all have to work together along with other stuff! It's definitely not harder than a 9-5 bc you have freedom of time and you can't get fired, no coworkers, no racism and faking it at work, no office politics. If it was harder then so many people would not want to do it.

@@JayAbroad Hi, come and enjoy the country and go to different cities, Santiago is like 5 hrs from Punta Cana, and Santo Domingo is the very first city of the new world (1492) with beautiful mountains, beaches hundreds of miles, great people, you don't pay taxes on properties less than $180k, etc.. come for few days, good luck..

when i move to DR 10 years ago my first employee was a guy at work at the hostel I was staying at. he still to this day do not speak very good English and does not care about living in US. but he makes American money. Start first by getting a bank account in the USA. the open any kind of store in the USA online. trust me he did it and at one point was doing $10k a month. no education, street guy but a lot of drive. i came here with $800 and built a completely new life. my point is it possible. Thanks fam. Oh man it is so much in Santo Domingo Este in terms of night life. Hit Ave Venezuela and pick your spot...lol. I like Dial Bar. Also you can go to Ave Espana for night life too. Same there pick a spot. Zutros and the Mixer is nice over there. Not too much outdoor adventures in Santo Domingon but it is some sight seeing. I recommend going to Los Tres Ojos, Faro Colon, Zona Colonial, also ride the Teleferico which are the cable cars

Not sure what part of the country you were in, but I live in Santo Domingo and for the last 3 years I've not had one internet issue. We do all our work online. BTW....Claro has the best internet service on the island.

It's actually a private real estate group. I should have mentioned that, so it doesn't have a name. The person is a long time friend of mine who has been doing real estate investing for years just with close friends and family. We just go involved in a little over a year ago. She is working on opening it up to outside investors soon.
