I am from South Africa 🇿🇦 I had three Boerboels all died due to old age. Your breed is beautiful. One bit off advice stick to the recommended grams off feed per dog. They pick up lots of weight, quickly if not active. But they like your children man I respect you 💯 🙏 a lot. They have awesome temperament. 👌

I have Doberman and a Caucasian, I recently got a Male Boerboel puppy.. I would say he’s my favorite now .. such a great breed 👍

Love these dogs , as a rule I wouldn’t feed my dogs anything I wouldn’t eat. Kibble is a filler not real food . For the price of these dogs they should be eating beef

Yeah be careful with dry food. One of my dog's start peeing blood and come to find out it was food allergies. The dry food had more than 70% pea in it . The holistic vet put my dog on California natural dog food. You also want to put large breed dogs on some product called Hip prevention supplements.

You need to remember , those are AFRICAN working dogs and we dont just shovel dry dog food at them day in and day out , they need raw food and cooked food too , infact , your basic dry dog food does not agree with them , a bit of it is ok , remember , these dogs are literally FARM DOGS and as so get fed by South African farmers and have been fed so for 300 years , now you want to feed them domestic crap dogfood because its cheap and you dont cook because its cheaper to go get your food take aways in America .
