It is with great joy I am sharing with you how we got our Canada PR in 3months. It was truly an incredible journey of Faith and Favour.

Hi Melanie! There are several pathways. Check out the STEM category and to be sure if you fit in any of the job description. Also, you can target provincial nominations. They usually have needs for different occupations. There’s also coming through school, however that could be more expensive

How should one navigate the proof of funds aspect? It would be great if you share how you went about it and other successful applicant's experiences as well. Thanks for sharing this thought. Super helpful.

For of funds, we used our savings. However, there something called gift deed that can come from a family member to you. A gift deed must also be notarized by the court as proof of genuineness. I hope this helps

Congratulations Wura🎉🎉 Please how long did you save your POF? I heard the money you should have your POF for 6 months that's if you're not using a deed gift. Please can you clarify this. Secondly, did you save the money in pounds or in Naira?

@@oluomachiajuzieogu2986 we did gift deed. My husband gifted me. We notarized with notary public in the UK. We used pounds. I know a friend that used both pounds and Naira. And someone that used only Naira

Hello hello! For Police certificate in Nig and UK, you’d apply online. You should find google useful for this. In the case of employer not being able to issue reference, I’d say chat up IRCC on facebook, they respond pretty quickly, they should have other options. Good luck

Thank you 😊. I actually didn’t submit my payslips. I had a P60 and just submitted a copy as additional document. This was at my own discretion.

I used my Monzo bank for POF and you can google the POF amount as it changes from time to time and varies with the number of people coming.

Yes you can. Once you get your COPR, you can do soft landing and go back to your life in UK then move finally when you’re ready

Get your child's passport and birth certificate, also update your POF to meet the requirement for the new size of your family. ...raise a webform and send to IRCC, if you know your visa office, send the webform directly to them

We were a family of 3. We had a little above £13k but what we needed was like £11k plus. Please check IRCC website to be sure of the exact amount for your family size.

The main applicant can come first or the whole family can come for soft landing if you have someone here and then you go back. I’ll share more light on your question tomorrow at the Q&A

Thank you Esther. There’s no link. Type CRS calculator on google and see if you qualify to apply by answering the questions. Once you qualify, it will ask if you want to create a profile
