2 ай бұрынIt's Year 4 of the Madden 24 Saints Franchise. After two tough seasons forcing us into a rebuild, we're hoping to emerge as a playoff contender once again. With a new Quarterback and exciting offensive additions, could the pieces be in place for the Saints to compete for the division title?
My Franchise on Madden 24 begins with the New Orleans Saints. The Saints offer a unique challenge compared to any other team looking at their future cap space problems and aging roster. The Saints are not a bad team in 2023 at all. But their future could not be anymore problematic as cap restraints will cause them to move on from players, including some of their aging veterans they still rely on.
I aim for a more sim feel to my Franchises. I play on All Madden sliders that promote a more realistic play style. I have developed my own XP sliders to create a more authentic feel to Franchise in terms of developing young players and replacing regressing veterans.
This will be my biggest Madden 24 series, and I'm excited to get the rebuild underway.

To get more success in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounds, go and get your guys. If you know they are worth a 1st or 2nd round pick and could produce for your team, losing out of some 4s and 5s are always going to be worth it. Basically, look at those trades with the value the player you want holds, not the pick you're trading for. 3 4ths for a day one starter is a no-brainer.

Exactly. You've got to ask yourself, what are you likely going to get out of players drafted in the 4th/5th etc. Some normal development players in the mid 60's. Not the end of the world to miss out on some of them.

Definitely play Binns in the slot in a STAR type of role. I drafted a safety like him before and did the same thing and he was a freak in the slot.

Cane you have a lot of depth at multiple positions. I think you can trade a safety/corner, Trevor penning, and a mid round pick for a high caliber guard and make this offense rly scary.

Idk if it’s worth the focus player spot, but it doesn’t take much to upgrade Calhoun; only 2200 XP. He could have a high dev just based on that. Might be worth trying to get him those snaps in preseason to reveal that quicker and upgrade faster since EDGE is in need of a star

when they have hidden dev they get super star xp gain progress until its revealed. if its star it slows down if its x factor it speeds up

I had this in one of my franchises. Edge guy with low OVR but crazy fast development, even without starting reps, he still got like 6-7 upgrades in his rookie season and was an absolute beast for my franchise for years.

I’m like 99% sure Rowe was a guard, not a center Edit: just checked the old video and he was drafted at Right Guard

I just now noticed how badly Cane screwed the Giants. They were slotted to take Richards in the 4th mock but since Cane got him instead, they were forced to settle for Robbins AKA Juan Beard 2.0. Bengal will NOT be pleased when he finds out about this...

Chad binns is 5 foot 9 224 pounds I’ve never seen a safety built like that my new favourite prospect you’ve drafted in this series can’t wait to watch him in preseason and see how he does in his rookie year.

Going into pre season your team should have QBs 3-4 RBs 4-5 FB 1-2 Wr 8 TE 4 LT 3 LG 3 C 3 RG 3 RT 3 LE 3 RE 3 DT 6 (YOURE 4-3) LOLB 3 MLB 4 ROLB 3 CB 6-7 FS 3 SS 3 And whatever you want if you have space on the 90 Please go through and adjust when computer subs players out after 1st quarter in 1st pre season game. Unless you want us to watch starters playing special teams or RBS playing wr.

I noticed at the end of the livestream when Cane was showing the final roster that Lucas is actually the strongest of all the DEs. Then I checked my notes and if you discount the artificial 1-point boost his STR rating was just 3 points below Andrew Madden, the power rusher taken one spot before Cane picked Beard 3 drafts ago. So he's got that going for him at least.

Love your willingness to try out guys with low overalls. Let’s see who stands out in the off-season. You got some interesting players this draft but not quite as good a draft in those middle rounds. You missed out on some real talent by being not aggressive.

switching positions to get more from cpu in trade is kinda cheating imo. There’s a reason tackles typically don’t switch to guard irl. I played right tackle and could never play left tackle as I could never kick out left fast enough and anchor with my left foot. Takes an elite athlete not Luke Rowe.

On stream they remembered that Rowe came in as a center and then changed to guard, so he just went back to his original position

I only do it if I feel the position swap makes sense. And I think Rowe is definitely worth a look at C.
