Hi, I hope you're doing well. I just want to leave a small encouraging message for you. You said "you're afraid of not being up to it ... despite your limited beliefs". You should know that no one is a perfect muslim, we all make mistakes and we are all still learning and improving every day. What matters is pronouncing the shahada and doing the first step as to officially become a muslim. For the other steps, you can do them one by one and take your time. Remember no one is forcing you but one can die at any giving moment so better take chance as quick as possible and may Allah guide you to the right path, I'm happy for you. Have a nice day!

Mabrouk guys! So happy for you, isa it will be a blissful marriage. I also recently got married this year and we had a small nakah/wedding in a beautiful mosque. This type of nakah/wedding is not popular in my country, my follow countryman, like big wedding, buffet, decor, etc.. but my husband and I both thought it is the right thing and we also had a good day. Everything had a lot of baraka, even I found my beautiful wedding dress so cheap, no one could believe it’s price. Elhamdullah.
