guys, I have a question, couldn't find the answers anywhere. recently i dreamt of a demonic entity , and that i was trying to fight it, but losing. It was a scary nightmare. i had woken up twice from my sleep, turned on all the lights in the house. but the dream would continue on the same line. finally i got up, went and lighted a diya , played some chants ( devi kavacham), and sat down... didn't realize when i slept, the nightmare was gone. could it be something supernatural.. because i used to have such dreams frequently 3 years back, but they reduced a lot, after i started meditating. i even had incident where i heard a spirits voice talk to me, while i was coming out of deep sleep, because i kept seeing a person standing and grinning at e , which caused me to become conscious and come out the sleep state, and while i was still trying to process the image i front of my eyes, being fully conscious, and too scared to open the eyes, i heard a single word, very clearly towards my left.. almost innocently trying to grab my attention. it was the same person i had performed Postmortem on, in the morning. so i am always scared of such dreams when they occur once in a blue moon, and terrify me a lot. kindly share your insight on this, could it be something i need to always protect myself from?
