My heart is bleeeding my brother as you I looking at this madnes, these people have conscience. No wonder they gave their friend Mbalula to destroy PRASA, thse people signed a dela of no coal usage yet, they import it to the same bosses that gave them money not to use coal. Ramaphosa still wants to govern while he has dismally failed, and obviously those who support this madness are gaining brown envelopes.

We are already the most unequal country in the world, if we let them privatise we will be living in a dystopian nightmare pretty soon. We are doing the US/UK playbook and look how its working out for them... They are being screwed by water companies, gas, trains, you name it.

I think the perception of employing qualified and competent people in SoEs is a moot point because there are so many MBAs, MBLs, CAs etc employed at the various SoEs but clearly has not resulted in delivering the desired financial performance and corporate governance. Perhaps a lack Ethics and abundance of Political Interference and Corruption is at the heart of all this 🤔

This Takatso thing must be reversed. There is no more open corruption than this. Remember this... the oligarchs emerged as well-connected entrepreneurs who started from nearly nothing and became rich through participation in the market via connections to the corrupt, but elected, government of Russia during the state's transition to a market-based economy.

Interesting! Although state enterprises have been in decline for the past 20 years or so. I don't know if it is in the governments capability and politicians to run these Enterprises. I also think that with the way these are privatised, the inconpetent corrupt winners will also fail because they typically will not have the correct skills run these entities. We are introuble no matter what.

You cannot be serious about talking state capture and quote the Zondo Commission! Your line of thinking is correct, but surely you must think critically about the allegations made about people like Dudu and others. Firstly, no one has been arrested after a billion rand enquiry. That attests to the quality of the evidence. Secondly, Pravin had a halo on him as it was his firing that intensified “Zuma must go.” This same Pravin is the man you point to as the heist commandeer of the SAA scandal. Could it be that Zuma, Dudu and others were criminalised because they did not tow the privatisation line? What of Eskom which fell apart after Zuma appointed executives left ? What are the connections? If you are going to create such content, (which by the way is great), more thought must be paid to all angles of the narrative.

Yohh man this tough you know Certainly there's no hope for the future in sa Whatever criminal intent has been deployed in sa comes from the elites even The only way we can survive if not even been brought into war is to let the people who own the whole stake of the gdp back in power🤣🤣😁😉
