Weekly rhythms are here to save the day! What are weekly rhythms? Setting a weekly rhythm involves assigning tasks you do every single week do certain days and doing them the same days every single week. To take this even further, in this video, I share a few different ways you can add these weekly rhythms to your planner whether you have a planner you print out pages for yourself or you have one that comes already printed - this can work for you! This will save your sanity, give you back some brain power, and provide you time to actually go do the tasks instead of worrying about when you are going to do them!
