How wildly successful angel investor Ben Horowitz evaluates companies

He co-founded the high-profile venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, which manages $10 billion in assets, and has hit big with the likes of Facebook, Twitter, and Slack. Before that, he co-launched a data storage company called Loud Cloud, which he later sold to Hewlett Packard for $1.6 billion.
He made waves in 2014 with a best-selling book on how to run a startup. Now he's back with a new book on building company culture. Horowitz is here to offer his latest insight on the investing landscape and to explain why a company's success can depend on factors you don't see on the balance sheet.

Why is he being referred to as an angel investor? He's a venture capitalist.

Who titled this? He is no longer really an angel investor and at no point in the video did they talk about how he evaluates companies.

I don't agree with the fact that once the growth company becomes public there is very little growth left. it depends on the company, but there are plenty of examples where most of the growth came after they went public

I think what he means is the growth is priced into the share price they select for the IPO. Warren Buffett also cites this as a reason for not investing in IPOs; there is little mispricing and no arbitrate opportunities

I have finished watching this video completely. (我看完這部影片了) I am a Taiwanese who cares about the global affairs. (我是一個關心全球事務的台灣人) And, sadly, most of my fellow Taiwanese don't really care about the world. (但是，很不幸地，我大部分的台灣同胞不那麼在意世界。) Hopefully Taiwan can become increasingly globally-aware and globally-competitive. (希望台灣可以越來越有全球意識與全球競爭力。) God bless Taiwan. (天佑台灣。) great interview！！！
