Junho's body looks SO GOOD omf... I mean, he's always had a great body, but I think he looks more lean yet his muscles are more defined now? idk but anyway, the most important thing is for him to be healthy so I'm glad he's actually taking care of what he eats instead of just following a diet that someone else forced on him. I hope he'll keep healthy!

My mom always critized how thin k-idols can be. Now that I've finally had time to watch 2pm members (I only knew Nickhun and Taecyeon before), I let her watch My House MV and she told me that their bodies are fine as hell. I mean, the more that I look into it, the more I realize that our idols are should not be required to look thin, but to look healthy.

you are right if he wantd to mantain weight now, bcs he looks fantastic now, he has to eat his full caloric intake and 1200 is to low, he has to probably heat between 2000~2800 depending on the person obviously. But yeah we dont know his goals

There are many factors that may explain why he does this, a main one is lightning diets, which are radical but in a short period that is not really dangerous, a "jejum" too, there are N factors, I never said it was healthy, but you guys trying to deduce things with the minimal information available is kind of pathetic You need be a pro to talk

Kang daniel literally eat all kind of food and didn't gain weight. Meanwhile Junho eat plain chicken breast with a tiny bit of salt. I will feel like Junho would die from jealousy watching Kang Daniel eats I know I was LMAO

i've made chicken breast like that before. with just oil and pan fry it. trust me it's not tasty. chicken breast taste disgusting if you just fry it without seasoning. sorry i prefer to work out a few extra calories by adding seasoning.

But adding a little bit of salt it's fine... isn't it? I don't understand why he couldn't add it. I know a lot of sodium can make you bloated or retain liquids but it's still super important to have a healthy diet. I just don't get it haha

I cant imagine not having sodium in our meals, mainly because when we cook filipino dishes it always starts with sauteeing garlic onions sometimes with tomatoes then fish sauce/soy sauce for flavor enhancement, then sometimes we put msg as well, especially now that we're living in north america and the access for natural food flavoring are either expensive or really rare
