In my region, most people just think that praying and going to the masjid is okay in life and they stay unemployed and also don't let their children study .. specially case in Indian muslims. Most here don't even know Islam. They just know about Eid, Ramadan salah and that's it

Yes but charity and sadaqah is not actually the solution. One of the problems is we are too focused on individual things, when Islam is not just individual ibadah. Islam is about ummah and unity and all of that is fardh. We need to get rid of nationalism (asabiya) and the borders the colonialists put on us and liberate the ummah and implement Islam in society. In the example of Gaza, the solution from Islam is that professional Muslim armies liberate the oppressed an the occupied lands - we need the armies and scholars to call for all parts of Islam

Who are these " they " muslims seem to mention all the time ? How do they so succesfully separate " the muslims " ? The muslims lost their unity? One cannot loose something they never had to begin with. The Muslims were at each others throats on who should lead them from the moment their Prophet died. The seeds forming a schism among the Ummah had germinated even before the first Caliph was appointed. The schism was so deep that there were muslims who didnt think twice before murdering their beloved Prophets direct decendents. This by the time the 4th Caliph was appointed ruler. The first order of business that the 1st Caliph attended to was to quash a rebellion among muslims. The last Islamic caliphate ruled by the Ottoman Sultanate was not defeated militarily by an invading foreign power. It had reached its peak and than slowly decayed away like all the previous great empires. Surprisingly, muslims today weaken their own societies and countries by rejecting the concept of the modern nation state because of the same magical thinking that all they somehow have to do is re establish an Islamic Caliphate again Allah will begin to look at them more favourably again. Never mind the fact that the Ottoman Caliphate had ended up like any other empire that came before it, Islamic or otherwise. Bloated, corrupted, out of touch with the world outside of its walls and most importantly began fracturing from within. Yet muslims are generally oblivious to the fact tbat the various Islamic Caliphates as a political system had ended up suffering the same maladies and shared the same fate as the others.

I agree with you for the most part but adding to your points that in the last two decades, everything changed in Muslim countries. After 911, there has been a lack of trust within the ummah, a fear of revealing one's Muslim identity, and the imprisonment of our scholars, heroes, and youth after being labeled or called names. These changes have had significant impacts on where we are now.

Of 73 sects of mohammadans 72 will go to hell as per prophet Mohammed. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) also described them in the following terms: “My ummah will split into seventy-three sects, all of whom will be in Hell except one group.” They said: Who are they, O Messenger of Allaah? He said: “(Those who follow) that which I and my companions follow.” This is mentioned in the hadeeth of ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Amr which was recorded and classed as hasan by al-Tirmidhi (2641). It was also classed as hasan by al-‘Iraaqi in Ahkaam al-Qur’aan (3/432), al-‘Iraaqi in Takhreej al-Ihya’ (3/284) and al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

Not a Muslim myself but admire your cultural encouragement for all Muslims to become educated. Where I live, education is, and always was, a function of the economy. When the economy required more educated workers, as in today's economy, study will be encouraged. In the past manual labour was required and a working-class culture developed that regarded education as something outside their purview. Crime is a function of poverty for sure but not always. In Britain there is a lot of white-collar crime which steals £billions each year. This is crime committed by the middle and upper classes and by politicians who transfer taxpayers money to the private companies who lobby and fund their parties with donations. These people are comfortably off already; their crimes are often committed to gain power and influence, which brings them more money. Psychopaths and narcissists will always exist and they are often successful in gaining positions of power in business and politics. The nature of British society (capitalism and neo-liberal policies) benefits and encourages their personality type above all others.

As the story was saying, everyone does not need to know everything, but to excel in what he can do: the carpenter knew how to sculp things and only knew that, but he was very good at what he was doing. And by teaching the children to give the best of themselves in everything they do, or to choose one thing in which they excel, it will pull the ummah up in sha Allah. So I don't think one goes without the others. I would even add that until we apply justice as Allah commands us to do, we will not be victorious either. And Allah knows best.

This. This statement right here is the reason despite there being 2 billion muslims, they cant do anything worth mentioning in regards to Palestin. No moves by any middle eastern muslim governments nor from social organisations or private institutions through which muslims could put pressure on Israel. These type of non governmental grassroot movements which often give birth to institutions and organisations representing alternate views and ideas do not exists in muslim societies. Instead they do the one thing that requires absolutely zero effort from them. They say May Allah do this or that as a response to any given issue. Shift the responsibility to God and go on with living life without doing anything about it.
