@@reign8601 they do matter, without their bounce all of those white kids would be playing in a shitty band in some garage, but if the melody sucks, the drums cant carry the whole song unless the melody is super minimal, drums arent hard to make and basic drums can be enough if the mixing is great, most drum programmers dont even mix their shit and the engineers make them hit harder at the end of the day. i like tm88 anyway lol 808 mafia adds great drums to gross beat'd loops

tm88 didn't use halftime he used gross beat's 1/2 speed setting. halftime is pretty goated tho

Only tiny thing to make it more accurate is Tm88 didn’t do the low hi hats , he put half time on the hi hats and made the mix very low (10-20%)

God tier producer, Bro I just wanna say that this version that you made of the beat is better than the original in my opinion, you definitely used the right instruments, your version isn't mixed with a bitcrusher distortion rather more of an angelic reverb kinda vibe (almost like a sofaygo sound) and thats the best thing about this version, I would've preferred to hear Uzi on your mix ngl!! Great Job
