@@charleswomack2166 yes, I pretty much exhausted all options/ drugs/ research etc.... I was mid panic attack that had been cycling on and off for 10 or so hours and I just snapped, I punched on my heavy bag until I couldn't punch no more! I got about an hours relief then did it again and again eventually they stopped. Now I just get them occasionally, have just done a blood test showing low testosterone this is after being issued ssri, beta blockers, benzodiazpines etc etc..... of which none worked. How long did the TRT take to work for you? Thanks for the reply 👍

@2afes I could feel the effects mentally within the first week. By the 2nd week, I could feel the physical difference. But it took a month for the effects to really kick in. This was my experience, I doubt that you will feel any "real" difference for the first 2 weeks. I cannot rule out the placebo effect though. Now, after a full year on TYT and intense weight training, I have gained about 30 pounds of muscle and lost 20 pounds of fat! I can be vain at times, but do we not all look at ourselves in the mirror and judge ourselves? Usually negatively? For the first time since about age 20, I now have a positive body image of myself.

Thank you very much Dr. God bless you. you are one of the few humanitarian doctors. my question is, use the xanax for 11 months 1 MG. I did a very quick reduction in three weeks. because I didn't know anything about that drug. not even the psychiatrist who indicated it to me did not inform me. I already have 6 months and days without taking it and I have horrible dependency symptoms. how internal tremors. muscle pain etc. is there any psychiatric treatment. available to recover. and to be able to survive in the attempt. without having to use benzodiazepines again. Thank you.

Dr B. Aren't tolerance and withdraw a symptom of dependance and not true addiction? Where as if you have those along with euphoria and addictive personality, the right genes and environment, you can be addicted?? Love your videos and philosophy. When I was in in-house rehab for 30 days, the sickest and most medically necessary managed were alcoholics and benzo addicts. It was sad and horrible. I tried to comfort them as much as I could. I went to the doctor yesterday and he wanted to give me more xanax and taper my remaining .25 every week. I refused and said i wanted something with a longer half-life Long story short he gave me librium 10mg 3 times a day and i cutout all my xanax. How bad is this gonna be for me? Am i gonna die and have a seizure? Im too young for this to happen to and with no insurance, going to talk to a doctor is a gamble because half the time they dont know how to get them off. It is NOT worse than Opiate withdrawals. I've kicked both Multiple times. Opiate withdrawal is pure hell 24/7 for 3-4 weeks, no sleep whatsoever and no time throughout the day where you forget you're suffering. Benzo withdrawal comes in waves throughout the day, and doesn't last as long. you'll get brain zaps, rebound anxiety, and general sense of dysphoria, but there are times throughout the day you feel fine and forget you're even in withdrawal. I've also been able to sleep decent with Benzo withdrawal, the sleep deprivation of Opiate addiction is literal torture and much worse than Benzos. I Haye hearing people saying how hard it is to get off Benzos because subconsciously it makes people's withdrawal worse because they're expecting it to be sooo bad. It's not. Especially if you taper down which is pretty easy on Benzos and not easy on Opiates. Listen to us the addicts, not Doctor's who have never experienced either withdrawal.

How long can I safely use Benzos? A few weeks. Why can’t I use Benzo’s longer than that? With continued use they cause key areas of the brain to wither away; cause memory loss; sleep disturbances; and the inability to ‘lift’ the emotional challenges of day-to-day living. Symbolically: you could say that over time, with continued use of Benzo’s, your brain will need a wheel chair to get around! As a direct result, long term Benzo users find themselves being prescribed yet more and more benzos’; and when that fails, patients will often add alcohol and/or narcotics in an attempt to support their sagging mental structure.1 What is the purpose of Benzos? To anesthetize your brain from pain - Just like an aspirin or opium does for a headache, or musculoskeletal pain. If it’s so dangerous, why do physicians prescribe it for longer periods of time? Because they are really great for business! Drugs in the USA are over-priced - sometimes as much as several thousands of percent higher than the international generic drug equivalent - and that means big profits for the pharmaceutical companies! As you will note, government regulators are the same men that work for the pharmaceutical companies for which they are charged to protect us! Just think of all the additional medications and medical procedures that could be required after taking long-term benzo’s! It’s all great for business, but not for the patient. With continual use, you find your physician prescribing yet more and more benzo’s,2 and later Z-drugs to help you sleep, (Z-drugs like Ambien also erode brain matter), and so on. The longer you are on Benzo’s, the more disabled you become, all of which guarantees that you become a life-time patient! In fact, following an analysis of around 50 dead celebrities, from Elvis Presley to Michael Jackson, it was discovered that long-term Benzo use led to their death!3 But I thought the doctor was trying to promote good mental health? Well, an uninformed physician might actually think he is trying to help. Many physicians just want to use your body like Energy Chattel. If it’s so dangerous, why haven’t I heard of this problem before? The rest of the world has been warned and has been instructed to avoid longer term use. Many countries like the UK, Germany, Holland, and others have long-standing policies against the long-term use of Benzos. US drug industry regulators also work for the very same corporations they are supposed to protect us from - As a direct result, USA medicine is ranked 72nd overall,4 and has the world’s most expensive pharmaceutical costs. For instance, in the USA the Benzo Xanax is priced 600,000% higher than the International Generic Drug Equivalent (alprazolam). So as you can see from the corporate share-holders point of view, it’s really great for business to keep you laid-out on Benzos! So, what is the actual cause of the mental health disorders they are treating? Science has deployed a whole collection of brand-new brain imaging methods to answer that question. These devices have allowed science to actually see inside of the brain and monitor its level of activity. Using these new imaging techniques scientists have discovered that key parts of the brain among patients with depression and anxiety are weak & underactive: Specific modules of the brain have simply withered away! It is little wonder the patient has a really tough time lifting the emotional requirements of daily life. It was appreciation of this fact that created a new paradigm shift in the understanding & treatment of these disorders: to strengthen the organic structures of the brain as if it were a muscle. @@stefanhortell4046 - the international generic - Alprazolam - is cheap. The branded version, Xanax, by our friends over at the drug monopoly Pfizer, is priced several thousands of percent's higher than the generic! Additionally, as the brain died, the patient requires more and more meds. In every case I have mediated, the physicians will max out the Xanax, then add another benzo to it, max that out... and continue until the patient is on 3 different bezo's and two or three Z-drugs. Collectively, the patient falls apart and becomes a huge cash cow for the industry
