Video Summary: 5 essential characteristics of a good trader 1. Consistency: Have predetermined cash goal for every day, say 100 dollars a day rather than making 100 one day and losing 200 next day and 100 dollars the third day.Once you hit the goal stop trading then and there. 2. Discipline: You never average down. When you are wrong you are out. 3. Confidence: Don't think about the trade too much 4. Patience: Wait for the right trade to come to you 5. Passion: Love and learn what you do as a trade.

I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money invest:ng. For example last year I invested 70k in blue chip stocks and crypt0 s (with the help of my advisor of course) and made about 380k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million. Delayed gratification always pays off

I’ve been trading for 3.5 years. I saw this video when I first started trading and have been looking for this ever since. I had my best month and my worst month. I definetly needed this video because I’ve evolved so much as an analyst and I’m still making the same mistakes as a trader. It’s like this. Imagine your an architect and you design this beautiful home. And when it comes time to put the hammer to the nail your completely messing up and striking the nail 1 out of every 30 times hitting your thumb and splitting the wood. I will make it. I’ve done it before and I’m gonna do it again. I can sit on my hands and be patient fir the same pattern to strike itself. I will pay myself next time and over everything else I love what I do. I didn't realize what I was doing as I was doing it, but because of your experience and this video I now understand what I did wrong today. I will not do it again. I get it why he has so many screens (ie. see all the chart setups and no need to switch charts). I used to have 8 screens and reduced it down to 4. What I do is use audio alerts where I set a certain price triggering or pattern and then I would look at the chart. Way easier on the eyes imho.

I listened to this while I was on the Sh*tter, and checked every box off as he went through his list. After 5 months of 10 hours a day on trading view, watching videos, reading, chart analysis, theory and a lot of note taking, I'm happy to say that I'm ready for the rest of my life with a new life skill. Thank you God for the opportunity to change my life after the pandemic lockdowns.

First big trade was AMZN for a $2800 call. I was up $1800, woke up the next day it was -752. Then I watched it bleed to death. Instead of walking away with 2048 I walked with 0. One of the best lessons yet.

Everybody who watches this video and focuses on the monitors, how he is dressed, or lack of windows, quit trading now and save yourself some money. Here you have a guy who has been a trader for years... telling you what you need to focus on to succeed in trading. Notice how he did not mention any methodology, hardware set up, or "system". What he did share is "hard earned wisdom" and for that I would like to say Thank you.

thanks for the video. when do you know you are wrong in a trade? so many people buying and selling the ticker goes up and down a lot even in minute chart before the candle forms. my struggle has been where to place the stop loss and move to the next trade and when to take the profit.

Sage advice. A few weeks ago I had a convo with a friend on our way to the airport about a stock situation he was in. It went badly but only because research into the company wasn't really done. If it had been done, they might've done things differently. But as it is, they lost pretty much everything in the end. The guy, a friend of theirs, took a company public but offered them in on it early. They bought in. But then he diluted their holdings without offering them any compensation. Some pulled out. Those who stayed ended up regretting it bc he lost everything in the end. Research the management of a business. It means everything in the end.
