This video really help me I had three Stuck broken ignition coils😤 in my 2018 Audi A3 with aftermarket coils.. After spraying the WD-40 down the Center Of the broken coil tube I could see the head of the spark plug down it. So I jammed a straight pick Down the hole to loosen the rubber around the spark plug.. Then I made sure it was turning freely with a screwdriver of some kind. Then I poured it out with needle nose pliers in a twisting motion. Trying not to squeeze too hard because I didn’t want to shatter the tube.. Then Like magic I Pulled all three of them out In less than one hour🙏🏾🙏🏾😃 I switched back to OEM👍 FYI I had to use my compressor to blow out some of the debris that I made…

My 2009 Ford Edge has this problem, Every single one of them the coil tip remained when i removed the coil pack no matter how gingerly i tried to work it out. Luckily i has already bought all new coils , but i tore them apart removing them, I ended up having the best success with a hook type tool, the back 3 were the hardest because i couldn't see them. The trick in not letting any pieces of the boot fall into the plug hole is to make sure there are no remaining pieces before removing the plug, I blew it out with an air hose THEN removed the plug. I found out afterward you can just buy the coil tips instead of the whole thing. Oh well, Spare's !

Thank you. I didn't wait 2 hours. Just 10 seconds. And got it off with pliers. I turned it as instructed. I tried to remove the WD-40 with cloth before returning the coil. It looks like it got far inside the cylinder. I didn't spray a lot though. Just enough on sides and pulled in less than a minute.

Never thought of that! Your video gave me the idea to make a couple of similar 'probes' out of lengths of wire coat hanger with a hook formed on the end using snub-nosed pliers. Worked a treat so many thanks!!!

Hello , I have similar happened to my lexus RX 300 , the sleeves where it broke about 1/2 inch from the hard tip , it won't turn . I did what you've said in the video. . I have the sparkplug out from that hole. I'm thinkiing of dilling it with a 7/8 circular saw. gently . but like you said the debis will go inside. thanks . More power to you and your channel..

Ive always taken the spark plus sockets and cut angled teeth in them then you can hook it UP to your impact and cut them out. It Will grab the spark plug and pull it out when your Down far enough. I rebuild engines so i do this With the heads off the car and completely torn aparte. Just dont let the spark plug come out if its on the engine, remove all debris before you take the plugs out. Hope this helps some of yall!

I’m not sure what’s stopping my socket wrench from going around the spark plug. I think it might be a grommet from a socket. The car runs rough but not a dead solid miss. I just don’t think it could run that good with a broken coil. What do you think?

I have a 2011 bmw, can I start the car to blow the pieces out with the fuel rail off. The main reason the boot got stuck because the coils popped out and the fuel rail was leaking inside of it causing the booth to get stuck

Your video give me some ideas with a problem that I’m having. However, the issue I have is the whole coil is stuck in the Shaft. The top piece of the ignition coil with the connector broke off and the rest of the ignition coil is stuck in the cylinder and I can’t even turn it. Any ideas?

Can I use a glue and place coil back to stick with the rubber and do I have to change the coils?. I wanted to change the sparkplugs but got the coil separated of the rubber, I placed it back and it is still working good with no misfire.
