I wonder but think you probably could film in the Sudd Marsh? The Nilotes seem to have a culture that might attract a lot of Western views and seem like that would be an easier place to go than across borders? I don't know just a thought. I have never seen any travel vloggers do that area yet. I've seen other people like @Sabbatical have a hard time filming in some countries and even get arrested too for "suspicion" of ...something hehe. It seems like the permits are just something that need to be had in some places...it's unfortunate though. I hope you have a happy New Year Mr. BMG! Good luck to you and you family and your work!
