You shouldn't be, he was charging them way too much and that's why he wouldn't just put them on the lease - he didn't want them to see how much less he was paying for the apartment and scalping them.

@GeoffreyBronson nah, they were aware he was subletting the apartment to them at a higher rate but it was still really cheap and super close to where they needed to be they didn't care. They were both taking advantage of each other. Literally all 3 of them are scumbags. Hahaha

I want to know why John is "losing" money or why HE'S being "evicted"!? Whats the story? Was John subletting? Was John not paying the rent to the landlord? I mean, why couldn't Gange and gorillo just take over the lease or start a new lease? I think previous poster was right, he's trying to get new tenants who will pay more.

I loved it when John said, “I ‘dunned’ you a favor, this was a favor I done to you”… LMFAO! 😂 I can’t believe no one called him out on that ridiculous grammar! Also, John didn’t “done” them a favor! He made $ off of them. A favor would be if he charged them the same rent amount he was paying. I can’t believe everyone sided with John! It’s SO SHITTY to tell friends to “move out right now” & not give them some time… especially when they’ve done nothing wrong! John was is the wrong letting them live there & that’s why they were being evicted! He should’ve taken some responsibility!

Also, if it was bc of them he was getting evicted don’t you think that would’ve come up? They spilled everything else. I think that John had his issues because he wasn’t living there during the lease yet he was subletting it out. It was never his property to sublet. That’s why you’ll hear John say he was living there just to make it sound like he was when this whole ordeal outed John beyond anything.

@@bradc7056Howard and Robin were maybe never more right than the Fairplay v Bonadouche fight. You sound repetitive when people are too stupid to understand. FairPlay’s case was thrown out by the DA’s office and proclaimed to be within the bounds of self defense. Fairplay got paid by the production company and Danny in a civil suit to avoid going to court because it’s cheaper than paying lawyers.
