How to Transfer Everything from an Old iPhone to iPhone 15 and 15 Pro

You can easily transfer everything from an old iPhone to iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 pro.
If you've already set up your iPhone 15, you'll need to erase it first and get it back to the same setting as it was out of the box. You can't transfer the data if the iPhone 15 is already set up.
If you just took it out of the box, you can skip that step and start transfering all your data from your old iPhone to the new iPhone.
As long as you have bluetooth and wifi activated on the old phone, you can do this process wirelessly, without needing to use iCloud. Simply bring your two phones next to each other and follow the on screen prompts.
In this video, I'll walk you through every step of the process.
Before erasing your old phone to sell or trade, make sure everything is working correctly on your new phone.

Are there any benefits to setting it up as a new phone and then transferring data from the old phone? Use to do this when setting up laptops to give them a 'clean' start but not sure if it's a pointless step and you may as well just do the transfer.

May I know if there’s any reason why I did not get the option to choose between phone-to-phone versus "download from iCloud" as part of the Quick Start process (4m40s in your video)? I’d since completed the QuickStart process on my new device. But are you able to teach me if I able to tell which method did I end up doing my Quick Start with? I’d some screenshots captured throughout my own Quick Start process, so if there are other “clues” thereabouts to confirm if I did a “phone-to-phone” (instead of a “via-iCloud”), hope you can enlighten me.

Not sure if this helps, but your old phone needs to be on the same iOS as the new phone. I had to update my 2020SE to 17.4.1 before I could transfer to my new 15.

It would be nice if you just setup the iPhone and not confuse people with what you’ve already done. It’s wise to teach one thing and not keep mentioning you can set up later. We came to this to video to do. Why keep mentioning that you have another video on something we don’t need.
