after loosing the screws it takes a lot of time to open its upper case, which will creates scratches b/w upper and down case

Facing issue on Dell Inspiron 3542 laptop, it has intel i5 processor with 2gb nivida graphic card. The issue is while working the screen is automatically getting blank and not able to see cusor also, then within few seconds the fan speed is getting increased. Please let me know what is the issue, and how can it be fixed.

Hi Brother, I've Dell Inspiron 3543 i5 5th Gen Model, Recently everytime i switch on sometimes lap gets on and some time only 5 beep sound comes. Now last 1 week lap completely doesn't gets ON, only I hear 5 BEEP Sound. So here CMOS Battery could be issue or Motherboard? Since service people said need to replace entire mother board
