Hello friends! I hope you're having a lovely day! Today I'm sharing a speedbuild of Howl's Cottage which is a build from the movie Howl's Moving Castle by Studio Ghibli. This is one of my favourite movies of all time!! Ahh, I cant even begin to explain why everyone should watch this movie, it's so great! I think one of the main reasons why I love it so much is because of all the stunning visuals, and obviously Howl duh. Its truly an experience, like all of Studio Ghibli's movies.
I hope you like the build! I am aware of how stupid the waterwheel looks because it doesnt make sense at all, but I really wasnt planning on making it "work". Simply for the aesthetics :) I also hope you enjoy the speedbuild, and thank you so much for watching! ^^

I love Howl’s Moving Castle and this build is SO GOOD! This inspires me to rebuild Windenburg into the world of Howl’s Moving Castle. The historical town looks like somewhere where Sophie’s shop/home is and there are so many mountain backdrops that look like the setting for the castle and this cottage.

This place brought me such a great feeling. It looks like the places in the paintings at granny’s house. I spent hours admiring it and thinking: will I ever be able to live in a place like this? It's like I'm living there when I watch your videos. Thank you 🙏🏻

If you add a "storm gate" thing (I think there's a couple in the werewolf pack, just size down) to the left front of the pier the water wheel will look functional, even if it won't work. It'll look like the water from the "river" behind is hitting the wheel, then traveling through a pipe in the pier to the lake system. Great build, gorgeous music, love how calming these vids are.

Howl's Moving Castle is the first anime I ever watched. It is my favorite of all time and then Bleach! I think the build is beautiful and the water wheel isn't dumb. It gives it character 😊

Idk if you've seen "From up on a Poppy hill" but it's also from Ghibli studios and the two of the prominent buildings in the movie are so pretty. Unfortunately we're never shown the whole inside :(

It looks nice but idk why it bugs me that there are trees.. cuzz in the movie there are no trees at all..it’s just water and mostly flowers.

it was a bit hard to make it look good in sims with only flowers, but i really wish i could make an exact copy! i sort of used the landscape on ground in the movie as inspiration for the trees 🤗

@@plantsimgirl I still love it I’m planning on downloading it to my game. I just don’t know where yet.. I planning on remaking one of the worlds. You can build way better then I can! I’m a really big fan of your builds too. I wanna make like a crystal pool park area with hot springs like an enchanted Forrest. Oh and on another that bit cat tree city from that ghibli movie on Netflix with the girl with the cat mask. With floating magic lights and stuff. Maybe large trees with lanterns with the magic lights in side them going up like clusters of fairy houses. I’m not so good at building yet.. lol I play on my ps4 so I can’t really use that mod to turn items. Pretty must I mostly just make pretty looking sims. DatBadAssUnicorn
