Honestly Number 3 is just great advice for dealing with people in general, and it's something I've struggled with heavily in the past, but I'm working hard (Now that I'm 30 as well) to set boundaries, and not let shit slide, whether it was work related stuff or annoying crap that friends do. You get much more respect, and you don't have to be an ass about it either!

I completly agree with the third rule. I also felt into this, which lead to a really bad relationship for a couple of years. Never get this 2,5-3 years back, but the lessons what I have learned was priceless: stand up for myself, say no when it is ungracious, and respect yourself and your and the other persons time.

Yep, this narcissistic girl hooked up with me, then led me on for a month. Straight up felt like she treated me like a 30 day trial. She broke my heart and pretty much made me down about myself for a while. Took sometime to get over it but I blocked her on snapchat because she kept sending me shit just to talk about herself.
