NOT CONNECTED" No Connections Are Available Windows 7,8.1,10 || New Method 2023
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
after hitting above command please restart your system and your issue will be solved for sure , let me know in comment if solved or not i will reply you.
