Hoya bloom has always been the main reason why I am so drawn to Hoyas. When I started my Hoya journey, I tried to look for more "day-by-day" recordings on how Hoya flowers are formed, how long does it take to grow peduncles, how does peduncle look like.
Now that I am blessed enough to witness the precious moments of Hoya blooming, I would like to start a new series of #HoyaBloom in my channel. In this series, I will record the Hoya flowering journey, from peduncle formation, all the way to the end of flowering. I will mainly go through the documentary of the flowering process instead of diving deep on the care tips.
If you want to learn more about the FLOWERING TIPs, for most of my hoyas, the flowering tips will mostly be similar to the care tips I have explained in the Hoya Burtoniae video (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pruAhNFpyri7lmQ.html). Man, this must be a rare plant but I got mine on a discount at my local nursery. Not to much for one vine (15 USD) in a 3-4 inch pot. I'm glad I picked it up 😅. Just need to get that other hoya that I saw but I can't remember the name of it.

Hello, Rosita is next on my list when I 1st saw urs in a tour of ur hoyas. As I commented in a previous video I purchase burtoniae July of this yr & its growing fabulously & krohniana beginning of August this yr & its acclimating slowly. Waiting to see how my krohniana do before I purchase Rosita. Any tips on krohniana? She has me concerned. I want them to get settled in before the cold weather hit. Thank U for introducing me to so many beautiful hoyas.

Hmm~~ Krohniana is one of the easier Hoyas, I wonder if there’s something slowing down yours growing🤔. Did you buy it locally? Have you checked the roots?

When I received it ( in a 4in nursery pot) it was kinda heavy so I knew it was watered before shipping. I let it dry out & Sept 3rd I repotted it. The roots ( all tho very sm.) was not rotted.& was thin & wht. & no pest issues.I have it in a North facing window that get bright indirect light all day. Now & then I give it about 1hr morn. sun in a East window then move it back.The little leaves r trying to firm up a little. Oh, & I do place it near my humidifier now & then for a hr. Hopefully it'll give me a sign I'm ok plant mom don't worry lol. Thank U

@@dorothymcintosh-sims597 I see! Sounds like you did the right decision to repot it😊 the slow growing could possibly be due to the changing season (if where you are from is moving to autumn now). For my Krohniana, it doesn’t need additional humidity. Try not to move it too often though, sometimes that stresses the plant 🌱 lemme know how it goes 😃

The lovely Hoya Rosita is a cross between Hoya wayetii and Hoya tsangii.

Brought my rosita in last night temperature dropped. If possible could you please include the Farenheight in the US we just don't think in Celsius. I'm in Florida and we do get some cold weather
