Hi, I want to let you know this is not a pavilion laptop. The s in the name means essential, so you bought a HP Essential laptop, not a HP pavilion laptop. It's still a good computer if you're using it for light gaming or light work.

i bought this laptop at fuluso store (only at balikpapan city), but maybe you can find it on e-commerce too.

hello, Kindly right click on an empty space on your desktop, click View and uncheck both Auto arrange Icons and Align Icons to Grid. Now try to arrange your icons to preferred location then do a restart to check if it will go back to the normal arrangement before. set the icons in medium size:)
