Regarding the question about the way of removing the bearing ball from the cartridge, we would like to share some information with you. The first one is that our 45 series cartridge is brand new cartridge which has never been used, so the ink filling hole is hollow. When customers purchase our brand new compatible empty 45 cartridges, bearing ball will be provided as spare parts. That means the bearing ball is not yet be punched into the ink filling hole while customers receive our empty 45 cartridges. Secondly, if customers would like to refill their 45 cartridges after using up, what most remanufacturers do is to punch bearing ball into the filling hole because there is no better solution to take the bearing ball out of ink filling hole. We manufacture different versions of empty cartridges which can be filled with water-based ink or solvent ink respectively. Additionally, we use blue tape to cover print head after filling ink in our own production. We can also provide protection clip based on customer’s requirement.
