Thank you so much for this video! I'm a media specialist at an elementary school and you just helped me fix our 10 year old Designjet that had the blue screen of death. I was able to replace the flash drive with your help!

Hi, any idea why the mpca fails prematurely? We got a lot of unhappy clients with this issue after little use of the printer. Appreciate your help

CQ890-80023A is written on my main card, Please tell me that CQ890-67023 is same card of CQ890-80023A.
