normally commercial printers like this have multiple trays at the bottom so you can have different paper sizes. said trays normally hold an entire package of paper or more. the receiving trays on the side are probably an extra module that will change trays between jobs or something like that. you can probably do a web search for the printer model (listed in the title) and find all of this out, searching for jam clearing will probably tell you were most of it is.
