its a disgrace how difficult they have made it to replace batteries in phones and laptops, in older laptops the battery just pooped out with a lock switch. This type of design should be banned to reduce e-waste, even worse are apple products. A a PC builder I've never had to throw out a desktop PC, just pull out old parts and pop in new ones.

Very thorough. You can post this video a few times under different titles to get more views and to be more helpful to those of us that own HP 15 laptops! This is very thorough, simple, and easy to follow. It includes how to open up the back of the laptop, how to remove the DVD/CD drive, how to remove the battery, and how to remove the cooling fan, the DDR4 RAM and how to add more RAM, and how to remove the screen/top of the laptop! AWESOME! Thanks UberGeeks. You rock!

This video is excellent! My battery was also swelling, and after seeing your video I ordered a new battery and re-watched your video as I replaced it. If you do future battery replacement videos, one helpful thing to mention would be give some brief instructions on how to calibrate the new battery after installing it. Thank you!

Very well done. Well lit, no filler. Fantastic job pointing out the hidden screws, especially the ones that lurk near the optical drive housing (I learned about those the hard way on a different machine).

Excellent video. I knew my battery was going bad and needed to be replaced, but I had never realized how much the battery had swelled and was pushing on the keyboard and back panel until I watched your video. My old battery looked nearly identical to the one you removed on the video. Great step by step instructions. Finished the new battery install in about 20 minutes. Thanks for the visual help.

This Was Perfect!! I Have The Same Model & My Battery Dies After 20 Mins Of Being Off The Charger. So, I Believe I May Need A New Battery. Thank You For These Instructions!!
