After 10 months of use the battery backup of this laptop is around 2 and half hour. Is it fine or should I contact the service center?

I'm using this laptop suddenly my display is dim I'm able to see only with flash light what may be the issue I tried contacting customer care and they replied you need to change the display as there's no software issue

Yahi same laptop hai mere pass bhi sab thik chal ta hai par jab is full charg kar ke shutdown karke rakh deta hu to bhi 5 days ya ek week baad chalu karta hu to battery 🔋🔋 0% ho jati hai charger lagane k baad boot hota hai fir toda use karu battery charg ho jati hai fir normal chal ta hai shutdown kare to bhi battry use hoti hai ya service centre me batau ?? Warranty me hai laptop abhi
