I have the same model savage x4.6 with the newer f4.6v2 nitro engine along with the bullet proof diffs. Love it absolutely love my savage.

Very cool unboxing I had the original Savage X as a first nitro truck. I’m lately starting to get back into nitro and have my old rs4 3 still, that I’m reviving. And I have a Kyosho Inferno Neo 3.0 1/8 buggy that’s a lot of fun

Have to be honest after owning lots of savage/XL and different monster trucks ,Always thought that the tamiya TNX 5.2r was the better vehicle , not just faster but made from better quality materials .

Sorry late to this It looks absolutely! epic Question if you know the answer So it’s impossible to get them currently over here in the US If someone from the United States buys one from a UK hobby shop can they use it over here? The fact being there’s a difference between the UK & the US when it comes to voltage, watts, and frequency. I would have to thing the charger for the servos would kit he able to work here Not really interested in having to purchase an adapter Well if you know Thanks

You know where I could purchase one of these? Impossible to find one in the states. I have a 10 yr old savage 5.9 and would purchase either one if I could find where to buy.

2 Shoes In the UK, they sometimes have them in stock on the Wheelspin Models website or the Modelsport UK website and I’m sure they do international shipping (well....in normal times) I was very lucky to find this brand new gathering dust in my local hobby shop - it’s such a shame as HPI used to be such a force at one time regarding their parts support and product availability 🤝💥⛽️🔥🚀

Nitro is much more fun but they go out of commission quite often. Humidity, temperatures and terrains all these need to be factored. I've wasted more over 600$ on a single Nitro Buggy. Now it's just sitting under my bed with a dead engine. If I ever get back to this hobby, I'll be switching to electric.

Yes you can - the RTR blend works well - these nitro star engines like oily nitro fuel - 20 or 25% I recommend 🤝🍻
