למעשה אכן יש מחלוקת על מי כתב את הפסוקים האחרונים בתורה המתארים את מותו של משה רבנו

יש עוד הסבר פשוט על התורה שמשה כתוב שם בגוף שלישי. ה' כתב את התורה והכתיב אותה למשה. בספר דברים שמשה כביכול כתב מעצמו שהספר הזה הוא בעצם הדרשה של משה לעם לפני מותו כתוב הרב פעמים על משה בגוף ראשון: "אלי", "ואצוה", "ואקח"... ואם תשאל אז איך ה' מדבר על עצמו בגוף שלישי? כל שמות ה' המוכרים לנו אלו הנהגות של ה' ולא ה' בעצמות. השאלה היא מה אופן ההתגלות של ה' בעולם ולכן זה בגוף שלישי.
