A day for a year prophecy

But either way, I reckon it was half week after the crucifixion that they said "Lo, we turn to the Gentiles." Not sure how Judaism explains the AD 70 temple destruction and subsequent continuous punishment during what Christ called the "times of the Gentiles" (and one more yet to come which leads to Armageddon). Clearly punishment for rejection of the prophet like Moses who they were commanded to obey. The destruction of AD 70 was horrific, how can they claim that God is pleased but not explain that???
