Hello , In this video at 6'22'' . The state of the core 1 is active but after what does mean "Active is Local " ? Thanks a lot

it means its a local router (pointing itself) and active means local router (me) is in active state

what about configuring multiple vlans example: vlan 1,2,3 and 4? how should the virtual be configured?

You must create a virtual IP for every interface vlan configured.

How did you configure SVI? "int vlan 10" then entered an ip address? Just like that? EDIT: I got it working. I just forgot to trunk the ports between the switches.
