I visited this lake in January this year. I was surprised to see that there was no snow at all. Even the distant Himalayas hardly had any snow. Thankfully there was abundant snowfall later on in February. Although there was snow, I had a great time there. The view of the lake and the temple from the top of the nearby hill is absolutely amazing.

No words to describe the efforts that has gone in to this episode. I am stunned at the quality of work in this episode.and such a beautiful place. i can say this place is almost amazing. Kudos to your efforts

Wow that IIT Mandi campus is really in a scenic location amidst the hills. Four years of college life must be fun here and must also be snowing here in winters. My college was also at similar kind of location in Uttarakhand state.

Very well crafted blog. Information shared was very useful & up to date. Si ce had visited the place with 2 colleagues by our own car from Delhi for a clean up trip as volunteers of NGO Healing Himalayas, it was a nice rememberance as well. Thanks brother for the awesome travel blog.

18:17-20:50 The views of bagi village is very somber, unsettling, and perhaps a bit eerie also.. there’s a very foreboding air, the visuals seem kinda unsettling, bit eerie, and unnatural should I say?. Though the music added to the somber nature, perhaps without the BGM, the atmosphere would have been further heightened with the above qualities… we could have better experienced the somber, foreboding and unnatural and unsettling atmosphere perhaps better without the BGM…. Just a reflection, when I watched the video. 23:57, for some distance, this stretch reminded me of the travel between Kumta/gokarna to yaana stretch with lots of curvy roads and small unnamed villages.. Really, it’s devbhumi Himachal!!!.. such a thrilling, humbling, beautiful and wonderful experience!!!!. Highly immersive video and narration, and am hooked!!.. makes me visit Mandi and Parashar lake right away!!!. Such beautiful video, thoroughly enjoyed it!!!!.. Great job team!!!..
