Comments from HS first because I have so much to say I will be starting my 1000 word essay heh:
H.S - To think I actually finally did a dance in cosplay hahahahaha, had alot of fun for this item so, maybe look forward to more in the future?? 👀👀👀
And now for my essay heh, first of course, would be to thank HS for agreeing to do this item with me and to dabble in dancing in cosplay. We have been working with each other for the past 5 years but this is the first time we are doing cosplay dance together since the logistic of cosplay dance can be.. too much haha.
We initially did this for a dance competition and practiced real hard for it. I know I had to dance in heels so I got the heels in advanced and practice all the footwork and spins in the shoes I got. I can say I wouldn't be able to do this dance on flat ground now :'). In addition to that, the straps on my costume broke when we had our first full dress rehearsal and I had to reinforce and sew back all the broken items before the competition. AND if you noticed, my dress is really sparkly! My hands were itchy and I saw I had sequins left over from another costume so I took the time to sew all the sequins on by hand :'D needless to say, many hours were spent on this item, from the learning of the dance, to making it out own and the modification of the costumes and all these were done on top of our work schedule. We were really proud of what we were able to perform but unfortunately, we did not win OOF.
The disappointment after the results were unreal, but man, thanks to everyone's encouragement, we pretty much bounced back after 5 hours (speed running the stages of grief). But yes, very very very grateful for ‪@ZPProductions‬ for offering to help us film and produce this item into such a beautiful video. We are so grateful and happy that we are able to keep this item in such a beautiful video and really showcase it properly to everyone. Big thanks to our partners for allowing us to do crazy stuff like this and being so supportive in our hobbies for the past 5 years (we explored lots of weird stuff last time, go to our main channel to check it out heh ‪@HSJoysu-HSJ‬ ). And special mention to our friends who kindly lent us their weapons for this shoot tooooooo.
This dance cover took up so much time and so much energy, but I loved every moment of it and am really really proud that we were able to do this. And like what HS said, I might pull him down into the cosplay dance rabbit hole so many you will see more of him doing dances in cosplay hehehehee.
